How many times have we been derailed on our path to manifesting our wants, needs, desires, and goals? How many times has life just poured a flood of rain on our journey just to try and curtail us from crossing?
Well Dr. Freda has an insightful message on this podcast episode with 10 ways to overcome these "interruptions" with an 11th bonus tip!
Top 10 Tips to Achieve Your Goals, Wants, Needs, Desires, and That Relentless Dream that Always Pops Into Your Mind:
Celebrate Yourself - Like you would your own child, your best friend. You know you deserve it.
Practice Gratitude - For the small things, the wonderful things; even how far you've gotten on your journey
Desire - To desire that dream with every essence of your spirit, mind, and body.
Persistence - This is daily work, not once a month work. It takes effort and maybe a little bit of discomfort to get started
Defiance - Because people will tell you you can't.
Get a friend and build your social support - Because you are going to need help.
Priorities - Life is too much, so we need to prioritize what's more important on our journey toward our true desires.
Flexibility - "gymnastic reference" - because we have to adapt and bend to life's circumstances
Visualization - This is my favorite. Visualizing your goal, your dream as the end result is one of the most powerful practices you can do to achieve your dream
Organize - It takes a system, your system, so make it work for you.
Rest & Replenish - Always take time to rest and rejuvenate your inner being.
