Randy Evans has been prescribing ketogenic diets for years and now he tells you all on how-to keto for women.

He follows nutrient, metabolic, and pH labs and progress for women closely, but not ALL women should be on the ketogenic diet. 

There isn't just one diet for all of us. But we do talk about "keto lite", "dirty keto", "lazy keto" and some of the wrong and right ways to be eating on a higher fat diet.

He touches on the use of ketones and MCT oil. How to start keto (VERY SLOWLY and under the supervision of a dietitian or healthcare professional).

How ketogenic diet can change our metabolism and possibly shift women's hormones (either for good or for bad...).

It all depends on each woman's bio-individuality!

However, some women THRIVE on a Higher and Healthier Fat Intake with Less Carbohydrates. 

1. To help PCOS, energy levels, balance hormones, or even just lose weight
