The 4-step breakthrough method to manifest health, abundance, and your dream life

Today we’re going to discuss this “breakthrough” method - basically broken down into a 4-step process so you can be at peace and connected enough to your spirit, your true authentic self, in order to manifest the life that you were meant to live, the health you want every day, and the abundance and wealth to be able to give to others.

Surrender to what makes you unhappy, unhealthy, depressed, lethargic, sick, angry, an insomniac, you name it.
And this is one of the hardest steps, because we often feel ashamed of the way we truly feel deep down or the situations we’ve experienced that may be embarrassing or showcases our weaknesses.
Example
I feel unworthy and therefore have no boundaries for people to walk all over me and take advantage of me. (P.S. More on Releasing What No Longer Serves You HERE)

Understand the deep reason, belief, feeling that led you to this feeling that no longer serves you.
Example
This can be something very very small.
I felt unworthy growing up with a brother who didn’t like me around and I always had to prove to him that I am worthy of his love.

Examine these beliefs to identify flaws in their logic.
For example:
I felt unworthy growing up with a brother who didn’t like me around and I always had to prove to him that I am worthy of his love. Therefore, I'm unworthy of other people's love. Which is the FLAW!
Growing up with this feeling of unworthiness, led to being taken advantage of and manipulated in different aspects of life - albeit small and nothing outright traumatic - but it’s easy then to believe that everyone is just out to use others and therefore, I must isolate myself at all cost and never open up to a friend, a colleague ever again. They just want me to around to use me, take advantage of me.
Most of the pain we experience is of our own making.
Our mind - The EGO - loves to create a story in our mind to try and protect us from risking hurt, failure, making mistakes b/c of traumas and stresses we’ve experienced to sustain ongoing fear and anger and anxiety and grief.
In reality, my brother loved me, he just felt not loved because when I was born his mother and father’s love and attention would be on me instead of him. And his behavior of wanting the attention instead of going to me, manifested in some behaviors that made me feel unworthy. And all along, the feelings of unworthiness was based on all of this facade.
You are the alchemist of your own beliefs and emotions.
You can transmute all these stories in your head into personal growth, love, and forgiveness and rise above it all.
Understanding that humans are exactly that - human. Full of bad and good and misunderstandings and miscommunications, your parents are always going to make mistakes, your children are going to fail and disappoint you, your colleagues are definitely going to possibly screw you over to come out on top. Even as a physician, patients and parents are going to raise their voices at you because they're scared and frustrated that their child is ill.
Shame will be a constant if we so let it break us.
Until we understand we all are just learning, we all have had hard lives, we all are just getting through and surviving the hardships of life.
Others just learn faster and better because they want to get well. Others don’t want to get well b/c what that means to them is maybe they’d have to come face to face with their shame, grief, and guilt and worthlessness and actually do the hard work to overcome it.
So how do you let go of this and detach from this limiting belief?
This prison of your mind training you to protect yourself from others - an imaginary wall built on imaginary dangers all from the childhood trauma of a mother not being there for you.
You sit with yourself, you journal and continually ask why you feel the way you do?
And what your actions are doing to others? And if you believe they don’t love you?
Can you find instances when they have cared for you, loved you, protected you?
Can you talk to them about these thoughts you have regarding their behaviors and how it makes you feel?
Because most of the time people don’t know what the other person is feeling based on their past traumas and stressful situations they’ve experienced.
Your spirit wants you to be at peace with yourself and that means surrendering to the thoughts, feelings, the anger, the pain, the grief by forgiving others.
Forgiveness is not for them, it's for YOU.
Because God (or whatever higher power you have in your life) wants you at peace so you can connect with the spirit and walk on that path.
For you have to be able to listen to the light of your heart and let it guide you, and it can’t when your heart’s so preoccupied with vengeance and hate and madness and depression and grief from all the people who have hurt you or the cruelty that beget your life.
And then you can begin to understand when your heart is at peace again. When all the hatred and guilt and shame is released, so you can be yourself again.
Because happiness, joy, peace, comfort, contentment, love is all yours always, truly.
You don’t have to keep dwelling on the relationships that turned sour, the people you thought should love you and stick around don’t (of course after talking to them - so those little fears from past traumas don’t create that situation for you).
You can begin to understand what you do want in life. Your purpose. Read on finding your true inner desires and feelings that you want HERE
Mine is to learn, to create, to play, to love, and help others with all the experiences I’ve had when presented with that huge mountain of suffering and how I learned how to climb it.

Examine your wants, desires, needs, feelings and dreams. What is it that you want from life? If you can get a little closer to what you desire, what you dream of, what you have always daydreamed your life to be? Write it down, say it out loud, dream about it, imagine it, visualize it.
When you visualize the true desires, feelings, health, wellbeing you want in your life, you bring forth your reality.
So what the final breakthrough step, I'm going to leave you with that until we come back next week and expand on this specific step.
