Manifesting abundance, health and wellness as a daily practice

Manifesting is all about staying true to yourself through active work on a daily basis - manifesting your desires to come to life.
This is 80% of the work to be honest. 20% is the little action steps - self-care wellness strategies you’re going to do to get there.
Because most of the time - you have to want to get well and the rest takes care of itself.
Manifesting or prayer or hypnosis or creative visualization -whatever you’re going to call it, is how you set yourself up for success.
Like calls to like as you bring forth your reality.
How I learned about the concept "Like Calls to Like"
I kept having these jobs with my direct superior always taking advantage of the work I would do - and not do any work and get credit for my work. b/c the base feeling of all that that I felt inward toward myself was that I didn’t think I was worthy enough and they deserved it more than me, boy did I create a world of hurt for myself. And i think I was bringing this toward myself. I was projecting myself out into the world.
So I recreated my world and shut that situation down through releasing what no longer served me and manifesting the life and career and job I wanted.
So what do you want to bring into your life instead?
Following your must, your authentic self, never leads you astray. When you are following your higher self, you might have a lot of bumps in the road - but you’re always going to get where you need to be.
The Crossroads of Should and Must - it’s a super easy read, so incredibly fun, and teaches you about that permission. No more shoulds, just following your higher self.
Trusting yourself takes practice, b/c many times we’ve led ourselves astray and bad things have happened, so then we’re like what if it happens again? Well what if? You have always been able to handle life’s situations b/c you’re here today. It may have stunk for a little bit - but it’s brought you that much closer to yourself - your needs, your wants, your desires - especially what you don’t want.
It takes a lot of effort to get reconnected with your self b/c all of our lives we’re trying to impress others; we don’t want anyone to be disappointed in us - but then we tend to disconnect with ourselves in the process.
The more we stay true to who we are, the more we TRUST, the more we rejoice in life’s joys, the more we stay on the path to true wellbeing.
So I choose energy, vitality, inner harmony, and creativity - I want to manifest more energy in my life and just be creative with helping people in a way that really works.
My little daily self-care ritual is to journal or meditate on about how far I’m getting with the energy I have, what I’ve been able to do - for example, I’m focusing on how I’ve been working out better doing more high intensity interval exercises, and during the days I don’t have as much energy, I’m still able to do restorative yoga - I’m still able to do some movement - so I turn it around to be positive.
Just b/c I didn’t have energy that day, I’m avoiding the most common pitfall by wallowing in my own self-pity and anger and stress that I don’t have the energy I wished for, I just do something more gentle for my body.
I’m also sure many of you have heard of affirmations and mantras - and those are all great things to have but only if you’ve done the work of releasing that stuff that hinders you from achieving true health and if you truly believe and resonate with that affirmation and mantra. Like it makes your heart sing or you just light up - you’ll know when it does. It just radiates in you.
So if you don’t want to journal and you just want to be reminded of where you’re going this year, what you see yourself as this year, who you want to be and what type of health you see yourself in, then write it down on a sticky note - put it on a mirror, make it into a vinyl sticker/decal (customize it on etsy) - if you have a cricut like I do - you can just make one and put it on your computer. Put it on your planner at the top of each day. Just keep being reminded and being inspired and believing you can do it.
That’s the key: believing in yourself. That you are worth it.
And if you don’t think you are, then there’s still an energy block there, a limitation you are placing on yourself. Let it go. B/c again you are worth it, you do deserve it b/c without true health and wellbeing - what can you give to others.
What gifts can you provide in this world to make the world a better place? It is all about you in a way - but it’s about others in the end. So quit putting yourself on the back burner - it is time to build your power and your vitality to shine a light where it’s dark.

And as humans, we have this amazing power to create another human who can take their first breath and build their own life. So how come we don’t think we can create the life that we want. We are that magical.
